Personality
Nora has a deceptive appearance. She began as a rebellious daughter of Haldis Nyborg, who was into punk rock and regime criticism. She opposed the racism and fanatical Fascism of her mother. The war in Neo Dixie broke Nora mentally, as the psychological warfare of Neo Dixie with releasing videos of Imperial Norwegian matriarchy POW getting sexually abused and tortured. Nora experienced this happening to several friends, which made her break mentally and become a racist fanatic.
Motivations
Nora changes in goals and orientation over a relatively few years. In her teenage years, she was a pen pal with a black girl named Isis in Neo Dixie. Something her mother Haldis forbids as a member of the Matriarch Nationalist Party. It spurs part Nora's rebellion against the ideology of her mother and makes her part of an underground punk rock band in Imperial Norway.
In 2054, as a 20-year-old in contrast, Nora has turned into a mentally unstable killer and fanatic. In this period, her motives is mainly to bring death and destruction upon Neo Dixie, which she hates with a burning passion.
As a POW in Neo Dixie, she has a difficult time due to her war crimes they make her pay for in every way. But the war ends and Nora eventually gets back to Imperial Norway, where she is trying to piece her life together again. She has come to realize the futility of hatred.
