Ch 13 – Vieregg's invite to dinner

AJ invited Vieregg over for dinner to further mend the fences and getting back into the good graces of Monique(Monica, whatever)

AJ: Fine, I brought you over so you can mend the fence with Monique. She's new to Europe and to Imperial Norway. We need make her feel welcome. So what better way than to have dinner with her?

Vieregg: Well is she a good cook??

AJ: PFFT, No need to be rude man. I cooked and you liked my cooking.

Vieregg: I can tolerate eat your "American" food. Even if it is kind of delicious.

AJ: So what if Claire cooked for you right now ???

Vieregg: I like her cooking. Her food always taste good.

AJ: ..............If you're done with with your insults, then come sit down and eat. I made Norwegian fish soup with Lutefisk.

Vieregg: You know I don't really like fish much?

AJ: You are Norwegian. What is wrong with you?

Vieregg: Fish soup... with lutefisk. That is a fucked up sounding combo. But okay, I'll give it a try.

Alex: Hey Vieregg!!

Vieregg: (gasps) What is he doing here??

Alex: I was invited.

AJ: (sighs) I invited him because he was "curious about the new chick" as he puts it. I said he can come only if behaves himself.

Alex: You should join us. I remember we spit roast Idun. Maybe we can do it again. What do you say my friend?

Vieregg........ Let's just eat before I lose my appetite!!

AJ: You are finally saying something interesting. Besides she already in the next room with Sylvia.

Sylvia: Hi daddy!! Are you guys done with your bro time? (kisses her daddy's forehead)

Monica: Maybe we can eat sometime this century. You men love to see us women starve don't you?

AJ: Don't be so dramatic Monique
